You see, when you severely reduce your calorie intake or if you severely reduce your consumption of carbs and fats, then there is going to be some adverse effects happening with your body that will make it very difficult to effectively lose weight and burn fat.

Some of the things that happen by reducing calories are a loss of energy, a slow metabolism, feeling excessively hungry all day long, and developing annoying cravings.

Some of the things that happen by reducing carbs are a TON of energy lost and your digestive system will be negatively affected.

Some of the things that happen by reducing fats are your body will start retaining body fat, you will lose energy, and you'll miss out on some important health benefits (especially heart hearth).

So, as you can see, reducing nutrients and calories too much is not what brings extraordinary results.

Now this is what I recommend you do instead:

A.) Eat 4 meals daily and only reduce your calories by no more than 200 below your daily maintenance level.


B.) Shift your nutrients around to avoid having your metabolism settle down. This trick skyrocketed my metabolism and caused me to lose tons of weight.


C.) Be sure to get GOOD carbs (fiber) and GOOD fats (monounsaturated, polyunsaturated, and omega fatty acids).
